Melasma (Hormonal Pigmentation) is a skin disorder characterised by the appearance of dark patches on the face, especially on the cheeks and forehead area.

Dermamelan® Depigmentation System is a revolutionary treatment modality to address troublesome Melasma and other forms of pigmentation. It is the treatment of choice for patients who are not responding to topical skin products and laser treatments.

The treatment is also helpful in various other types of skin conditions such as:

• Freckles (ephelides)
• Age-spots and Sunspots (Senile Lentigo)
• Premature skin ageing due to UV radiation

Melasma usually affects females of child-bearing age. It is generally more prevalent in people with darker skin types but can also affect lighter skin individuals.

Treatment Summary
