General Information

What Is Renuvion®?

Renuvion is the latest skin-tightening technology that uses Helium Gas and Radio-Frequency (RF) waves to shrink the loose skin using a special probe (hand-piece).

The intense but highly precise heat generated by the patented Renuvion handpiece remodels and tightens the deeper layers of the skin without harming the superficial layers.

Unlike most other heat-based skin tightening devices available in the market today, Renuvion delivers clinically visible results in as little as a single treatment.

Clinical Uses of Renuvion:

Loose Neck Skin Tightening

Loose Upper Arm Skin Tightening

Loose Abdominal Skin Tightening After Pregnancy

Skin Resurfacing

At Medaesthetics, we also offer the latest generation of Thermage SKin Tightening treatment, the Thermage FLX. For more information on Thermage FLX, please click here.

Scar Management After Renuvion

The small incisions associated with Renuvion are less than 3mm in size and are barely noticeable once the area has healed.

At Medaesthetics, we have the most extensive range of Fractional CO2 Lasers to help reduce any type of scarring whether related to surgery or trauma.

Post Surgical Follow Up

Complimentary follow-ups are included for all cosmetic surgery patients until they have fully healed.

The Pain Factor

Our highly experienced clinical team do their utmost to minimise any treatment associated pain or discomfort. Having fine motor skills and gentle pair of hands are important assets for any clinician.

Depending upon the type of of procedure being performed, we use high-strength topical numbing cream, inhalation (laughing) gas, local anaesthesia as well as skin cooling device to make the procedure as tolerable as possible.

As per new AHPRA & Australian Medical Board guidelines, all cosmetic surgery patients will require a referral from a GP to be able to have a cosmetic surgery consultation.

All cosmetic patients will require a psychological assessment to rule out body dysmorphia before undergoing any cosmetic surgery.
